Yeah but that’s a critique of the current establishment, not an argument against the idea of taxes. I agree, taxes should be much lower and we shouldn’t be deficit spending. Cutting military budget significantly would go a long way to stop the endless wars and needless killing. But this is an argument for less taxes, and directing the funds to other fruitful things. This is not an argument against taxes in general.
