When I lived in Hartford there ws a School Superintendent who said the black youth should be allowed to speak their "language." I forget what that language was called but I disagree.
If english (or french, or senegalese) is the language of a country it becomes the language of economics.
Find a doctor who can speak Russian and you have limited yourself in most places in America.
However, you can find a physician who speaks English and choose among them for the best.
