As a canadian this is the wildest fucking thing to me. Everyone needs ID to vote. EVERYONE.
Nobody thinks natives are too stupid, or blacks. They just make a rule and make the ID's easy (adjacent) to get.
In ontario we even have "photo" cards which just prove your identity without having to drive.
IT IS SO WILD TO ME that voter ID is even an issue, and that the black people don't think its highly offensive
