Not all women & girls identifying as trans are lesbians so, if she meant that then her wording was clunky. And women, especially lesbians are pissed. She then followed up with a blog post with an attempt at an apology and again, didn't clarify that was her intended meaning.

In fact, I'd say what she said is even worse in perpetuating stereotypes, especially of butch lesbians, she claims her organisation is fighting.
