Bija doesn't have a global feed, and I don't currently have plans to add one (a 'per relay' feed may be added at some point though), but what you can do is follow a topic which will show you relevant posts from people not in your circle. You can also adjust what you see by setting a proof of work difficulty limit.
I'm a bit delayed due to being a bit sick over the new year period but should have a new binary for y'all to test early next week.
