I heard that there is an ongoing movement now for people that truly care about decentralization and censorship-resistance to only publish to small relays.

I believe jack (nprofile…k8v3) and ODELL (nprofile…easp) will adhere, but while they don't at least hodlbod (nprofile…qf05) , PABLOF7z (nprofile…57r7) , Spent Transaction Output (nprofile…0ky4) and Laeserin (nprofile…lgd0) have already started.
