The equity holders are all named in the filings, no? There's a full cap table in there. If the answer is that Ten31 was an LP in one of the named equity holder entities in the filings, that'd be a logical explanation, and would keep deal data generally private, because I wouldn't be able to tell how many shares Ten31 owned, or what their cost basis was, or when the investment took place. Though it still wouldn't explain the timeline of GRIID predating Ten31 while being exclusively backed by Ten31.
Your non answer, however, is a lot stranger.
