Some DEs do not install absolutely every single feature by default, like xfce, if you install it on Debian I recall it never bundles clipman and the xfce frontend for it which is very stupid because who the fuck wouldn't want a clipboard in a DE.
Then there's shit like OBS that will install that piece of shit of VLC.
