The US/IRS is going to pull a Grayscale.
Specifically, they’re going to hike capital gains tax rates (much like Grayscale’s exorbitant ETF fees), and milk the bitcoiners as long as they can, until we get fed up and leave for friendlier jurisdictions.
The difference is that they can make the exit much more expensive and difficult than Grayscale can.
