When I eat beef from a trusted local rancher, I know that nothing has been sprayed on the land. The cattle roam the prairie 365 days a year eating only what is produced by rain and sunshine. The only supplement they get is Redmond salt. When I have to buy pork, chicken , seafood or vegetables I know virtually nothing about the situation. There are many loopholes with organic vegetables. Were they grown in healthy soil? What were your organic chickens fed? If you can form a relationship with the person who grows your food, and if you ask the right questions at least you have a chance of knowing exactly what you are eating. #grassfed #proofofsteak #carnivore
