Another one who completely misses the point of who benefits from the ban. US social media companies aren’t spending their lobbying dollars because they like the scumbags in Congress. They’re getting their asses handed to them by TikTok in open competition and they don’t have a clue how to compete back. Certainly, if their products were more compelling, they would be competing and winning.
