Going through my personal notes. I imagine my kids going through my notes after I die and thinking I was a mad man. 😂

The Chickens are coming home to roost
Small businesses that paid their workers to be economically inefficient because the government promised them reimbursement are finding themselves with a base of employees ill prepared to compete in the 21st century.

Near term Relief gifted by the governing body never leads to a solution and often delays long needed distribution/ reallocation of capital.

Weak economic participants were given a short term solution and simultaneously reprogrammed their employees to a new norm.

A norm in which profits don’t matter, regardless of how much you put in, you’re entitled to take so much out as long as you play by their rules.

Is it sustainable? Fuck no, the only reason you get up in the morning and go to work is because you need to eat and or feed your family.

Unfortunately, the incentives put forth by your government has motivated most small businesses to pack it in, take the golden parachute and never look back.

Gone is a generation of entrepreneurs who worked toward a goal only they could achieve to be replace by select big business ready to succeed on the backs of regulatory capture and free money.

As Warren Buffet said “If you can have negative interest rates, and pour out more money and incur more and more debts relative to productive capacity you think the world would have discovered it in the first couple of thousand years then just coming on it now”

Society is being reprogrammed to except the new norm, be cognizant of it, hopefully save your children.

Communism is among us, the roots are growing strong, your children have been taught and programmed and most of you are too weak to protest.

Get in line and keep getting in line, you are no longer the master of your domain.
