here I'm using the "Bitcoin Connect" SDK, but I think I'll make a different flow
I wish the client could just publish an event saying "hey, is there an NWC available for pubkey X?" and then Mutiny or something else would popup saying something like "do you want to pair with Highlighter? what budget?" and boom, that's it
