I'll do a purée with it 🥕

White onions slowly cooked in butter.
Add carrot roughly slice to it, cook slowly.
Add ground coriander seed, fenel seed, pinch of cardamom ✨
Add bit of honey and caramelize with carrots.
Fill to level (easy) either with chicken broth, whole raw milk, or conconut milk
Slowly cook until carrot "mashed" between a fork.
The liquid level, should be less than half the volume of the carrot, continue to reduce if needed.
Mix everthing with a hand mixer, or any mixer actually. I spend quite sometime to mix until the texture become silky.

Serve with a grill fish and edible garden leaves 🌱
