Good question. I was actually looking for a SegWit paper wallet creator the other day and couldn't find one. You know similar to the good old wallet generator. I think most people have moved on to BIP-39 and seeds. I still prefer backing up keys over seeds myself. I don't need an entire wallet recovery seed for 2-3 addresses used with that wallet.
