For https://nostr.watch, I've been working on loading data from the backend as per a request from @fiatjaf, he had great timing as it was already being worked on. Client-side processing will always be available via preferences and will be automatically activated if backend is unavailable.

Right now, it is only loading data from EU-WEST, so the results you see won't be perfectly accurate. Remaining requirements will be completed tomorrow.

I also have some fun updates this coming week that have been in progress for a while.

Stretch goal for this week is to have relay filters complete and deployed. #build
