hopping around bookstores lately and im noticing some reissues around a few of portugal's most famous writers/poets, and there's a saying i saw when i was looking into it:
"It is sometimes said that the four greatest Portuguese poets of modern times are Fernando Pessoa."
he certainly seems to have been a visibly plural writer working in the early 1900s, having over 70 alters apparently but three of them most prominently became acclaimed writers:
