The American business world is unethical and immoral. Growing up through Catholic schools, they taught us how important it was to be ethical and moral and emphasized it often, making it seem like this was the norm. I was totally floored and shocked when I actually entered the business world. The name of the game is contract law. If it's not in the contract, it doesn't matter at all. This is called "business". It absolutely sucks.
