I just straight up ignore half the meetings on my calendar unless it’s a customer or a 1 on 1 with my manager which have actually proven quite useful.
We have had meetings though to discuss how ineffective some of our meetings are 🤣 and cancelled some all together or greatly reduce their frequency/meeting time.
