If you want to compare antibiotics as a class to the internet (which I'm guessing is the intent, since the original statement is meaningless as written), I don't think it's obvious at all, let alone by many orders of magnitude.
If you just look at personally, and ask someone if they could have the internet, but multiple relatives and/or good friends of theirs die because antibiotics don't exist, or they could have antibiotics but no internet, I suspect most would choose antibiotics.
