There are days when I despair for the American healthcare system, and this is one of them.
We couldn't figure out why multiple prescriptions for meds — controlled substances that two of my family members need to function — kept getting flagged as "fill too soon" by our mail order pharmacy. We've been doing this for DECADES, and have had systems in place we knew well. None of the reps could ever tell us why, but they also wouldn't budge on when they would actually fill the prescriptions.
