White chocolate is mostly about the mouse feel and sugar. They used to do this candy in the uk called visa-versas which were like extra large M&Ms in two colours. The brown ones contained white chocolate and the white ones contained milk chocolate.
Also milky bars as kids. Cheap at 10p and sweeter than most other things.
Also i don't think you can make white chocolate with the Hersey's sour condensed milk method. So it's not really available here.
