looks like that one gets the broadcast relay list from the last kind 3 event for the npub it could find: https://nostrsync.live/js/nostr-broadcast.js
so if you have the relay configured in your client, and your client updates the "kind 3" list, it should pick it up? mind that not all clients use that anymore though e.g. nostrudel leaves it empty
