Every day, I get this feeling in my chest, that used to mean I was about to have a very hard time breathing - one of the vaccine symptoms - and I can get rid of it by working out. So I work out for an hour every day, and it feels like I'm pushing something horrible out of my chest. But if I don't work out... Very bad day.
