So for the last epoch (IV), I didn’t drink alcohol. It started as a 30-day challenge a bit before III ended which turned into a multi-year part-of-life now.
Instead of overthinking goals, I try to keep it simple: make today better than yesterday, and plan to make tomorrow better than today. ✌️
