What -possible- reason could Intuit have for characterizing the layoff this way? It says:
-"We're so bad at hiring, we've had over 1000 slackers at our organization up until now"
-"If you see anybody impacted by our layoffs, chances are that person sucks and you shouldn't hire them"
WTAF? I wonder if the folks affected have a claim against Intuit. In my previous firms we never gave references b/c a bad reference could be construed as us trying to hurt the person's future chances at employment
