They take money 💴 (dollars) with different serial numbers mixe it with other while maintaining a ledger. Then allow you to take dollars back (withdraw) with new serial numbers!
The difference is doj as declared that now bitcoin is money! Before they denied that.
If is not money then no harm was done and if it is now money then they need to declare it officially and allow samurai to buy a license if needed.
