The food supply chain is not tailored for local production and distribution. Politicians support big agro. Whole food can't be market, ultra-processed foods can. Doctors are not educated in nutrition and lifestyle, they learn about drugs and their side effects. We are totally disconnected from nature. We don't know anymore what real food is and where it comes from.
