I hate them. They'll pretend to care about these kids more than the parents, gaslight them into mutilating themselves chemically and surgically, and when the kid grows up and realizes they made a huge mistake, they are nowhere to be found until the unfortunate soul commits suicide, at which point, they astroturf the suicide as a matter of suicide to advance their agenda. Kids are nothing but sex toys and disposable tools to these demons.
