It's not ok to mock someone with signs of dementia. It's not ok to mock someone for being incontinent. It's not ok to mock someone for being overweight. NO exceptions. If you do this, you demean yourself, you fail in your humanity, you're not a very nice person. Mockery about someone's lies, deliberate behaviour, untrustworthiness, meanness, unlawfulness is fine, in fact it's essential.
