I was a bullied kid. Society rejected me since I was little. I mean I was definitely annoying so I get it...
But in those circumstances I learned how to depend on myself. I learned confidence in myself without receiving reason from others. I stood on the outside of the world looking in.
Every group, clique, team turned me away. Yet, I didn't turn anti people, I stopped looking at "groups" entirely. I noticed individuals from different groups would be nice to me even if their group wasnt. As I got older, I hung out with people from every walk of life. I've had friends of every color, code, and creed.
It isn't til you've been rejected by everyone that you start truly valuing individuality and see all tribes as a farce.
It's why #Bitcoin came so naturally to me. It's why #nostr comes naturally to me now. It's also why I'll vote left, or right depending on the person. Why I'll debate either side of the aisle. Neither side has it 100% right. Yet both sides endlessly try to silence the other.
#Bitcoin and #Nostr guarantee the end of that.
#Bitcoin and #Nostr are for anyone and everyone. And nobody gets more say than the other.
They will end tribalism in all it's forms. And I'm so fcking excited for it.
