Israel doesn't have a plan and they didn't have for many years. The idea is to make people sick of living here and just leave. This doesn't work with Palestinians.
Now they're just trying to kill as many of them as possible, yet there is no real plan. Killing the parents of a child will force that child to be a new Hamas member only to take revenge when he's older.
If Israel doesn't provide a plan to allow Palestinians to exist and have their freedom, nothing can be done at this point. Hamas can't be erased as the idiots in the government are advertising to Israelis now. Look at Afghanistan, 20 years of fighting AlQaeda, only to be defeated and give them the country back. These movements can't be just erased!
Israel doesn't have a plan and they have no idea what to do. The killing is is just saving face. Soon others will get in and tell them to stop and give Palestinians 1% of what they want and what they deserves, then sleep on it for another 20 years while taking from Palestinians everything that Israel can take, then we'll have another situation like this again.
As long as Israel isn't solving this issue, the issue will presist. Sadly Israelis are brainwashed by the corrupt government and they have no idea what is going on. They belive that they are victims of the Arab occupation and they have absolutely no idea how Israel came to existence! I know this because I have many Israeli friends and we spoke about it many times. They have no idea!
