INGREDIENTS: - 200 ml of whole milk - 200ml coconut milk - 1 tbsp of cream - 3 tbsp corn starch - 1 tbsp of condensed milk - 100g of grated coconut - 150g of chocolate - 50g of cream
WAY OF DOING: In a pan with the heat off, add the milk, coconut milk and cream, mix. Add the cornstarch and stir until dissolved, add the condensed milk and grated coconut. Turn the heat to medium low and cook until very creamy. Transfer to a greased pan, place in the freezer for 2 hours and remove from the mold.
Make the chocolate ganache and place it on top of the cream. Serve!
