You can't see it looking at unknown never seen thing. Is Mr. microscope going to tell you this is alien? And how will Mr. microscope know it's from Mars asuuming no one never was on a Mars? How does microscope show you teleportation? Analogically this alien is told to be in your snot.
How you know what in the snot is alien without first isolating a alien? You can even observe CPE. How do you know alien just doesn't die begause of your manipulation method because you threw antibiotics (anti life) on him?
Do you see it now? Microscope doesn't prove the properties you allege that virus has—infectability and other ascribed symptoms, Kochs postulates do. You did not read what I gave you.
