So far, I’ve spent three hours of my day either on hold or talking to a person at a company that will order the permits I need to take my oversize load through seven states. Each state has its own requirements and rules. One state needed to know the distance between the tow ball to the third axle on the trailer. Another state needed to know the size of my truck tires.
