Which mainly happens because beekeepers are letting them swarm and then don't capture the swarm. Honeybees will not usually survive very long in the wild. And those swarms moving into peoples homes are likely to have come from careless beekeepers, so it makes sense they would come and collect them and bring them back to the 'farm'.
