Idk what it’s like for you, but here in the USA doctors won’t advise you to do anything pro-active or healthy. They won’t speak about weight gain (but will note it in your chart?! Bananas.) we are told to “ask your doctor” before starting a supplement, but doctors don’t know shit about supplements outside of things like Vitamin B, D and magnesium. Most will tell you to lose weight with a low fat diet and advise against anything like keto or intermittent fasting. They know nothing about health, and only treat the sickness—usually with drugs. I don’t talk about my diet or exercise with doctors because…..what would be the point? Even nutritionists are educated with information that’s many decades out of date so you can’t go to them for advice, either. Society is designed to make us sick.
