Last year, I wrote a model bill that legally and constitutionally restricts state governments from requiring, testing, or adopting CBDCs.
It has so far been signed into law by 3 governors, and it's been introduced in 3 other state legislatures.
My team and I at Consumer Choice Center are working on open-source Bitcoin policy and always looking for contributors and fellow policy people to help out.
Star the GitHub and check it out!
