A bit overcooked but still good.

I really miss the way we buy beef in Thailand saying that we can pick specific cuts we want such as a while chunk of picanha or sirloin and many more option (even at fiat supermarket)

But here in the uk I have to find some good butcher providing good quality and know what I want. Many butchers here don’t know what is Picanha or sirloin cap. Even there are my option of joint beef (a chunk of beef to put in the oven) but some brands don’t allow you to pick the specific cut. They just write on the label sort of ‘this product come from partA or partB or partC’ which is very weird for me. I just want to know the exact kind of cut that I got mate 🥲
