The social graph is not automatically loaded: you should visit your profile Follows and Followers tabs first and then go to Settings -> Social Graph.
The graph needs some adjustment to make it more informative. If you want to contribute, the code is here: https://git.v0l.io/mmalmi/snort/src/branch/main/packages/app/src/Pages/NetworkGraph.tsx
