This is insane. I can’t believe the AUS government would require something like that and then demand he pay for it.
As if he’s not already paid enough.
I'm happy that Assange is finally going back home.
But it's absolutely outrageous that after being held for 5yrs in jail without trial he still had to plead guilty to be freed, was forbidden from flying commercial & will now owe $500k to the AU govt.
All because he did his job.
