While I love 1Password, I feel really uncomfortable merging my 2FA into it, and yet I have started to do that because of Authy + Google Auth fails along with how hard it is to keep a backup set of yubikeys around. So 1Password is my best solution today, but I feel uncomfortable about that being my best path forward.
