Not to discourage you from supplementing but this video changed how I thought about b12 (why would I want to follow a diet that depends on industrial vats, how unnatural, this wouldn't work if civilization collapsed) and has it turns out, b12 has always been in weird places and that is where economic vegetarians from long ago got their b12
