Today I felt good all day after I got the morning steroids into my system. I had enough energy to go to the succulent store, have lunch out, pot a bunch of plants, take one of the cats for a walk, frame all of the art we got yesterday, and cook pizza.
Any one of those activities would have been all I could have done in a day just a couple weeks ago.
Tomorrow I go down to a 30mg dose. Hopefully that doesn't take away my energy.
This long COVID business is weird.
