Imagine you have a friendship book where your best elementary school friends can enter their notes and pictures for you. But you would only allow your first line of friends, not their friends to write anything into it.


That's what CORS is about. The file nostr.json needs to be accessible to friends of friends (cross-site origin = *), otherwise it won't work for nostr.
