I'm pretty sure that certain people post comments as bait to draw out what they call "reply guys." It gives them an excuse to go full snark on total strangers who fall into their trap.
I generally avoid being obnoxious on social media, but one of the drawbacks of having autism is that the line between being a "reply guy" and engaging in friendly banter is super fuzzy to me.
But if it boosts your sense of social superiority to attack the neuro-developmentally disabled, have at it. 🤷♂️
