Russia's annual inflation rate slowed down to 9.04% from August 13 to 19, with consumer inflation decelerating to 0.04% over the week, according to the Ministry of Economic Development. Prices remained unchanged in the food sector, while deflation accelerated for fruits and vegetables and other foods. Non-food prices rose by 0.14%, and the services sector saw deflation due to declining airfare prices.
