20+20+20+20+10+10 (all regular)
Have a feeling these two days will show in stiffness tomorrow. I wonder if it’s better to let the muscles recuperate before continuing on
Stoked I learned about this and joined in now. Wish it’d been sooner. Love push ups and was so unfit. Just what I need.
Looking forward to adding variations.
