Sorry for my ranty behavior yesterday, couldn’t contain myself.
In that light, I’ve fixed long overdue issue where expired accounts could not see their page (now you can see, delete and download). We will maintain your account until up to a year after it expires (don’t want your old notes miss the media) and allow you to still manage your media but not upload (free uploads are still available and usable).
Lastly, added a notice to the plans page that tells you about downgrade (sorry, but making it automated is too much work to account for all edge-cases) and money back for the first 21 days. If you feel buyer regret, please reach out within 21 days for a full refund.
