We can at least agree that most of us don't even believe in the strict criteria of germ theory, in that we recognize that not all people get ill from a given infectious microbe ("carriers") and that nutrition and nutritional deficiency, sleep, environmental toxins, etc impact when and how ill a person can become. These elements are components of Terrain Theory as I understand it .
